Peptide Therapy

Two clinically proven peptides. One restores. One rebuilds.

BPC-157 is the most studied tissue-repair peptide in existence. Sermorelin is the gold standard for physiological growth hormone restoration. Together, they form the foundation of the most effective recovery and body composition protocols in regenerative medicine.

BPC-157 has been studied for over 30 years. Sermorelin was FDA-approved in 1997 for growth hormone deficiency in children and is widely used in adult longevity medicine.

BPC-157 Explained

Body Protection Compound 157 — the healing peptide your body already makes.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) is a pentadecapeptide — 15 amino acids — derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice. It was originally studied for its ability to heal gastric ulcers, but subsequent research revealed systemic healing properties that extend to tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves, and the intestinal epithelium.

Its mechanisms include upregulation of growth hormone receptors in tendon fibroblasts, promotion of angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), modulation of the nitric oxide system, and reduction of inflammatory cytokine signaling. It heals tissue that conventional medicine has limited tools to address.

Tendon and ligament repair

Upregulates GH receptors in tendon fibroblasts. Most studied indication; particularly effective for tendinopathies and chronic joint injuries.

Gut healing and permeability

Originally studied for gastric ulcer healing. Used adjunctively for intestinal permeability, IBD, and post-antibiotic microbiome disruption.

Neurological repair

Modulates the nitric oxide system and reduces neuroinflammation. Studied in models of nerve injury and traumatic brain injury.

Muscle repair

Promotes angiogenesis and reduces inflammatory cytokine signaling, accelerating recovery from training, surgery, and overuse.

Benefits

What patients experience.

🦴
Orthopedic Recovery

Patients with tendinopathies, labral tears, and chronic joint injuries report significant recovery with BPC-157 protocols — often where physical therapy and NSAIDs have failed.

🌿
Gut Restoration

BPC-157 is used as part of gut healing protocols for patients with intestinal permeability, inflammatory bowel conditions, or post-antibiotic microbiome disruption.

📈
GH Optimization with Sermorelin

Sermorelin restores pulsatile GH release from the pituitary, gradually improving body composition, sleep quality, recovery, and skin integrity over 3–6 months.

Sermorelin — Growth Hormone Restoration

Sermorelin does not add growth hormone. It restores the signal to make your own.

Sermorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue — it stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and release growth hormone in a natural, pulsatile pattern. This is fundamentally different from exogenous GH injection, which suppresses your pituitary’s own production. Sermorelin restores the axis; it does not override it. The result is a gradual, physiological restoration of GH/IGF-1 signaling over 3–6 months.

Gradual, sustained improvement

Effects build over 3–6 months. Body composition, sleep, recovery, and skin integrity all gradually improve in a sustainable way.

No pituitary suppression

Unlike exogenous GH, sermorelin maintains your body’s own production of growth hormone — supporting long-term endocrine health.

Stacks well with BPC-157

BPC-157 upregulates GH receptors in tissues; sermorelin increases the GH signal. Together they accelerate recovery synergistically.

Combined with ipamorelin or CJC-1295

For greater GH amplitude, sermorelin can be combined with ipamorelin or CJC-1295 — selected based on your baseline labs and goals.

How It Works

Your path to results.

01
IGF-1 and GH Baseline

Blood testing to establish current IGF-1 levels and assess for GH deficiency before initiating secretagogue therapy.

02
Protocol Selection

Sermorelin alone vs. sermorelin + ipamorelin vs. CJC-1295 selected based on your baseline levels and goals.

03
Initiation

Subcutaneous injections administered at bedtime to align with natural GH pulse timing. Full injection training provided.

04
IGF-1 Monitoring

IGF-1 retested at 90 days. Protocol adjusted to maintain levels in the optimal — not supraphysiological — range.

Healing and growth are not separate problems. They have the same solution.
